Fighting for advanced energy
Ted has been fighting to make sure Ohio is at the forefront of creating jobs in advanced and renewable energy. In his State of the State address, Ted made clear that Ohio shouldn't be just one of the leading advanced energy states - it should be the advanced energy state.
Over the past few days, several newspapers in northern Ohio have focused on what Ted is doing to attract green jobs to the Buckeye State:
- The Toledo Blade has an in-depth story on how Ted and the State of Ohio are fighting for solar-energy jobs.
- Yesterday's Blade also has an article on Ted's work to champion alternative energy legislation.
- Today's Lorain Morning Journal has coverage of Ted's visit to ADI Wind, a Sheffield village company that manufactures advanced components for wind turbines.
- And over the weekend, Elyria's Chronicle Telegram covered Ted's visit to ADI Wind and focused on how the Third Frontier will help Ohio create more green jobs.
