Yesterday, Governor Strickland visited Youngstown to announce some terrific news: V&M Star is building a major new facility in Youngstown. The plant will create 350 new high-paying jobs, in addition to about 400 construction workers that will be employed to get the new facilities up and running. [Continued below the fold.]
